The provider, responsible for the website, makes this document available to users to comply with the obligations set forth in Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE). Additionally, it informs all website users about the conditions of use.

Anyone accessing this website assumes the role of a user, committing to observe and strictly comply with the provisions herein, as well as any other applicable legal provisions.

The provider reserves the right to modify any information on the website without the obligation to notify or inform users, with publication on the provider’s website being deemed sufficient.

The provider disclaims any responsibility for information published on its website if it has been manipulated or introduced by a third party unrelated to it.

The provider’s website may use cookies (small information files that the server sends to the user’s computer) to perform certain functions considered essential for the proper functioning and visualization of the site. The cookies used on the website are temporary, with the sole purpose of making their subsequent transmission more efficient and disappearing when the user’s session ends. In no case will cookies be used to collect personal information. Please add a link to your cookie policy.

The client’s website may redirect to content on third-party websites. Since the provider cannot always control the content introduced by third parties on their websites, it assumes no responsibility for such content. In any case, the provider declares that it will proceed to the immediate withdrawal of any content that may contravene national or international law, morality, or public order, proceeding to the immediate removal of the redirection to that website, informing the competent authorities of the content in question.

The provider is not responsible for the information and content stored, including but not limited to, forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social media, or any other means that allows third parties to independently publish content on the provider’s website. However, in compliance with Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, the provider makes itself available to all users, authorities, and security forces, actively collaborating in the withdrawal or, where appropriate, blocking of all content that may affect or contravene national or international law, third-party rights, or morality and public order. If the user believes that there is content on the website that could be classified as such, please notify the website administrator immediately.

This website has been reviewed and tested to work correctly. In principle, it can be guaranteed to function correctly 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the provider does not rule out the possibility of certain programming errors or the occurrence of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances that may make access to the website impossible.

In the event that the website contains links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites, FEED BACK SERVICES S.C. will not exercise any control over such sites and content. In no case will FEED BACK SERVICES S.C. assume any responsibility for the content of any link belonging to a third-party website, nor will it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, breadth, truthfulness, validity, and constitutionality of any material or information contained in any of these hyperlinks or other Internet sites. Likewise, the inclusion of these external connections will not imply any kind of association, merger, or participation with the connected entities.

Notwithstanding the above, some links will be previously negotiated or agreed with the content owner, so that compensation is generated for actions freely performed by the User. This situation will not affect the exclusion of liability for linked content or the independence of this media.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

The website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation, and other elements necessary for its operation, designs, logos, text, and/or graphics, is the property of the provider or, if applicable, has a license or express authorization from the authors. All website content is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations, as well as registered in the corresponding public registers.

Regardless of the purpose for which they were intended, the total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution, and commercialization requires the provider’s prior written authorization in all cases. Any use not authorized by the provider will be considered a serious breach of the intellectual or industrial property rights of the author.

Designs, logos, text, and/or graphics from third parties that may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are responsible for any possible controversy that may arise regarding them. In any case, the provider has express and prior authorization from them.

The provider does NOT expressly authorize third parties to redirect directly to specific contents of the website, and they must in all cases redirect to the main website of the provider.

The provider recognizes in favor of its owners the corresponding industrial and intellectual property rights, without their mere mention or appearance on the website implying the existence of any rights or responsibility of the provider over them, nor endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by the provider.

To make any observations regarding possible breaches of intellectual or industrial property rights, as well as any of the contents of the website, you can do so through the email address provided in the identification data at the beginning of this document.

Accuracy of Information

All information provided by the User must be truthful. To this end, the User guarantees the authenticity of the data communicated through the forms for the subscription of Services. It is the responsibility of the User to keep all information provided to the Company permanently updated so that it responds, at all times, to their real situation. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for the false or inaccurate statements made and for the damages caused to the provider or third parties.

For the use of services, minors must always obtain the prior consent of their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, who are ultimately responsible for all actions performed by the minors in their care. The responsibility for determining specific content that minors access lies with them; therefore, if they access inappropriate content on the Internet, mechanisms must be established on their computers, in particular computer programs, filters, and locks, that allow limiting available content, and although they are not infallible, they are especially useful for controlling and restricting materials that minors can access.

To this end, the User will refrain from using the page for illegal or prohibited purposes, detrimental to the rights and interests of third parties, or that may in any way damage, disable, overload, deteriorate or prevent the normal use of computer equipment or documents, files, and all kinds of content stored on any computer equipment of the provider.

In particular, and by way of example but not exhaustively, the User undertakes not to transmit, disseminate, or make available to third parties any information, data, content, messages, graphics, drawings, sound or image files, photographs, recordings, software, and, in general, any kind of material that:

The User agrees not to transmit, disseminate, or make available to third parties any information, data, content, messages, graphics, drawings, sound or image files, photographs, recordings, software, or any material that:

FEED BACK SERVICES S.C. may modify the conditions stated here at any time, with such modifications being duly published as they appear here. The validity of these conditions will depend on their exposure and will be in force until modified by others that are duly published.
